Today, the Ilirija Group is a company with 220 employees and the full name Ilirija, razvoj, proizvodnja in trženje kozmetičnih izdelkov, d. o. o..

With the renovation of the production plant in Lendava in 2009 in accordance with the EU regulations on the regularity of cosmetics production, we have provided the optimum conditions for production, particularly for the key areas of hair cosmetics, facial cosmetics, and hair colourants. On-going investments in the production plant has enabled us to keep up with the modern trends that top-level products and high quality ingredients demand. in 2022, we also opened a modern warehouse for finished goods. 

Ilirija d. o. o. is one of the largest cosmetics manufacturer in this part of Europe. We offer a wide range of products that include professional hair cosmetics for use in hair salons, consumer hair cosmetics, facial and body care cosmetics, candles, and cleaning products. Our products are marketed under our own brand names; our key brands are Subrina and Subrina Professional.

Thanks to many years of experience and investment in systematic training and development, we have the know-how to develop a product from the initial concept and the testing stages of individual ingredients through to production and bottling. We employ experts who work specifically on developing different types of packaging. We are proud to be the only company in Slovenia to develop and manufacture hair colours. We pay special attention to product testing. All hair care products are tested by our highly qualified hairdressers on human hair in our renowned Subrina Professional Studio. We also carry out tests in the development stage to verify the microbiological safety of all cosmetic products in our own microbiology laboratory.

Our product portfolio is complemented by a range of candles of various shapes and colours, manufactured in our top-of-the-line candle factory. It is no coincidence that we are known across Slovenia and worldwide as a reliable provider of a wide selection of quality candles.

We are proud of the control process we use in all stages of production, from the semi-manufactured product to the finished product. The process enables us to monitor each individual stage of production.
